Sizing and care, before you order
Pet items are returned for two reasons: the wrong size, and a material that did not survive the first wash. Both are avoidable.
- Bed sizing
- Measure your pet nose to tail while it is lying stretched out, then add a hand's width. A bed bought to the shoulder height is always too small.
- Washable or not
- Removable covers are stated per product. A bed without a removable cover has to be washed whole, and most will not survive it.
- Bowls and feeding
- Stainless steel wipes clean and does not hold odour; ceramic is heavier and stays put. Neither suits a chewer.
- What we cannot advise on
- We sell accessories, not veterinary care. For a health question, ask a vet — we will not guess.
