Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Feed Me Pet Shop, an online retailer based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.

2. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and not to use the website for fraudulent activity, unauthorised automated access or interference with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe each item as accurately as we can: outer dimensions, material, colour, the animal size it suits and whether the cover is washable. Soft goods are measured flat and can vary by up to an inch between batches.

Fabric colour varies between batches and reads differently on different screens. Nothing we sell is food, medicine or a veterinary product, and we do not sell live animals. If we identify an error in a listed price or specification before dispatch, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

4. Orders, pricing and tax

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order. Prices are in Indian Rupees. The product price is shown on the product page; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

We are not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable to the business at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. Delivery charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Payment

We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards or international payment methods and we do not store payment instruments. Details are in our Payment Policy.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Typical total delivery time is 3-6 business days for metro cities and 5-10 business days elsewhere, including handling of 1-2 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Change-of-mind returns must be raised within 10 days of delivery on the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item being received and checked. Those policies form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, original layout elements and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Feed Me Pet Shop and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Where a product image originates with a supplier it is used to depict the item offered for sale and remains the property of its owner.

8. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Except where required by law, we do not provide any additional warranty beyond the return, replacement and refund rights stated in our policies. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. You are responsible for supervising the animal with any new item. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by chewing, by an item being used by an animal it was not sized for, or by furniture that has not been assembled as instructed.

9. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, or failures of telecommunication or banking infrastructure.

10. Law, jurisdiction and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
