Most questions we get are really sizing questions. Send the measurement and the breed and we will point you at the right listing. We reply 1 business day.

What to send us

A sizing question

Nose to tail base with the animal lying flat, plus four to six inches. Cats usually need smaller than owners expect; dogs usually larger.

An order on its way

Put the Order ID in the subject line. Tracking is quickest to answer once the parcel has left Thane.

A parcel that arrived damaged

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes the claim quicker, but it is not a condition.

Two things we cannot do

We cannot supply pet food, treats, supplements, medicine or live animals. We sell supplies only.

We cannot give veterinary, dietary or behavioural advice. For those, please speak to a vet.

Complaints about an order, or about how personal data is handled, may be sent to care@feedmepets.shop, addressed to Feed Me Pet Shop. We have not appointed a separate named officer; this correspondence is handled directly by the person responsible for operating the shop. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day.
